Thanks for the comment. I haven't yet tried stinky tofu. Not that I don't want to, but I'm waiting to eat it for the first time with my friends in Taibei. And yes, I'm diligently working on my Chinese, but no where even close to being able to have a conversation. But at least what I'm eating isn't so mysterious anymore :-)
